In-Church Resources:

Meal Train - If you or a family member is ill, injured, recently had a baby, or has another reason that makes mealtime more of a burden, please reach out to the front office (office@meadowbrooke.org) and one of our Deaconesses will be in touch about scheduling dinner drop-offs at a schedule that works best for you and our church volunteers for the following week or two. We are looking forward to blessing you!

Benevolence Form - Please stop by the front office during our office hours (Tuesday - Friday, 9AM - 4PM) to fill out a benevolence form if you are in need of financial assistance. The form will be reviewed and we will follow up with you. Companies are paid directly from the church, so an accompanying bill is required.

Community Resources:

There are multiple non-profit organizations in town that Meadowbrooke supports directly to assist with financial and physical needs in our community. If you have a need, please search 221's website here or call them directly at 211 (or 1 (888) 425-7138) to be directed to the best organization in town to help with your specific need.
