Meadowbrooke Kids exists to partner with parents as they teach their children to know God and think biblically. On Sunday mornings at Meadowbrooke our kids experience safe environments with age-appropriate teaching and activities where they learn about God in a creative and relevant way.
Your first visit
We would love to see you and your family visit us this week! Here’s what to expect for your kids when visiting Meadowbrooke for the first time:
The Meadowbrooke Kids Ministry is currently open for infants – 5th grade during the 9:00 AM service time, and open for infants – Pre-K during the 10:30 AM worship time.
Kids in Pre-K and younger enter their classrooms before the service begins. Grade-school kids in Kindergarten through 5th grade will join the adults in the auditorium during the music portion of worship, then will be dismissed to their class (1st – 5th grade kids still need to be checked-in to their classes before the service).
Classrooms & Check-in
The nursery for children newborn through 2 years old, and for 3 years – Pre-K is located down the hallway to your right as you enter the building.
Check-in for kids Kindergarten through 5th Grade is located down the hallway to your left as you enter the building.
Classrooms:
– Kindergarten – 2nd Grade
– 3rd – 5th Grade
Before Service: All kids need to be signed in at their appropriate classroom before the service. A teacher will be present in the classroom and can answer any questions you have about check-in. For parents of 1st – 5th grade kids, please check-in your child before bringing them to the service with you. Kids will be dismissed to their teachers at the back of the auditorium after the music portion of worship.
After Service: After the service is finished, you will need to return to your child’s classroom and show your child’s matching tag in order for your child to be dismissed back to you.
During Service: In the event that we need to contact you, the number listed on your child’s check-in tag will be displayed on the projector screen. We ask that you exit the auditorium immediately and look for a staff member or volunteer who will direct you to your child’s classroom.
Meet our Director of Family Ministries

Hadley Peebles is originally from Eastern Oregon where she grew up on a ranch, and her parents were youth pastors at their church. In 2015 she married her wonderful husband, Mason, and together they have two boys, Woodrow and Bowden. They enjoy spending time together camping, hunting, and making good BBQ! They have attended Meadowbrooke since the beginning of 2019. She loves to create things, whether that be with sewing, crocheting, or crafting!
She looks forward to getting to know, serve, and teach your children about our amazing Savior Jesus!
Our Curriculum

It’s not enough for our kids to know the Bible. It’s not enough for them to want to obey the Bible. It isn’t even enough for them to obey the Bible. They can do all of that while still being dead in their sin. We don’t want that for our kids!
We want them to know Jesus, the One whom the whole Bible is about, and trust in Him for eternal life.
This is the reason why we use The Gospel Project from LifeWay.
Volunteer
The kids at Meadowbrooke are the future of our church! Has God given you a desire to help our children know Him? We are always welcoming new volunteers to work in a variety of roles in Meadowbrooke kids ministry; from teaching and leading activities to simply being there to show our kids the love of Christ!
If you are interested in serving in this way, please email Hadley at hadley@meadowbrooke.org with any questions you have. You can also fill out this servant application and drop it off at the church office or hand it to Hadley on a Sunday morning at church.
