Good Afternoon Meadowbrooke!

On Palm Sunday, the crowds in Jerusalem shouted “Hosanna!”, welcoming Jesus as King. Yet within days, many of those same voices would fall silent, turn away altogether, or even cry out, “Crucify Him!”. It is a sobering reminder that it is possible to celebrate Jesus publicly and still fail to follow Him faithfully.

In Revelation 2–3, Jesus addresses seven churches, and in each letter He repeats the same four words: “the one who conquers.” Not the one who begins well, but the one who endures to the end. Not the one who fits in, but the one who follows Him. Not the one who merely admires Jesus, but the one who abides in Him—no matter the cost.

This Sunday, we will explore what it truly means to follow Christ together. We will consider how to remain faithful through trials, resist compromise when we are tempted to give in, and overcome through the strength of the Lamb.

Palm Sunday is not just about welcoming a King—it is about following Him. And the question before us is not simply, “Did you praise Him?” but “Will you remain with Him?”

I hope you’ll join us in our 9 and 11AM worship services as we discover the difference between momentary praise and lifelong perseverance—and why it matters for your walk with Christ today.

Grace,

Pastor Keith
